Delivery & Returns

Please read carefully the following information.

1. Delivery Policy

CITRONNE Store (store.citronne.com) ships both domestic and worldwide. Shipping costs for both Greece and the rest of the world are calculated at checkout.

 

The address specified by the buyer must be real and valid. In case the buyer is absent from the address he/she has specified, or his/her address details have changed, the buyer is responsible for notifying the company in a timely manner, in order to ship the order to the correct address. Otherwise, the buyer will bear the additional shipment cost.

 

The company is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments, nor is it responsible for delays associated with the import process.

 

Local customers may pick up their orders from the gallery. After choosing the “store pickup” option at the checkout, CITRONNE will contact you for further details.

2. Returns – Product Substitution

The buyer has the right, within 14 calender days from the day he/she received the product, to cancel his/he purchase. This can be arranged by sending his cancelling statement to the company through email (info@citronne.com). He/She is however obliged to cover the return cost of the product to the company at 19 Patriarchou Ioakim (4th floor) 10675 Athens, Greece. In this case, the company will debit the money to the bank account indicated by the buyer on the cancelling statement within 14 calendar days. For the valid cancellation of the purchase, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the company at its initial packaging and condition.

 

In either case, the return of the product must be complete with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. Receipt, Delivery Note etc).

For the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

 

Returns will be accepted only after the Company accepts it and after inspecting the product to be returned.

3. Returns of Defective Products

In case the product arrives defective, we ask you to inform the Gallery (+30 210 7235 226) within the next 24 hours, so that our Company assumes responsibility. Otherwise, a return cannot take place. The return expenses are borne by the Company. A mandatory prerequisite for accepting any return, is that the product is in its original packaging. The return package is required to include the purchase receipt.

 

During the return process we can either credit your account towards a future purchase or return the money to you.
